Password must be at least 12 characters and cannot be commonly used or contain your name or email.

Troop Information

In Scoutbook, go to your unit page. The URL will include /unit/123456. Enter that number here.

1) Ownership & License
- Advancement Trail is owned by No Culture, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company.
- All software, content, and trademarks are © <?= date('Y') ?> No Culture, LLC. All rights reserved.
- You are granted a limited, revocable right to access and use the site for your troop’s internal purposes.

2) Scoutbook Dependency
- Advancement Trail relies on data you export from Scoutbook™.
- If Scoutbook changes export formats or policies, some features may stop working until updates are possible.
- No Culture, LLC is not responsible for changes made by third parties.

3) Your Responsibilities
- You will only upload data you have the right to use and share with your troop leadership.
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and up to date.

4) Data & Privacy
- See the Privacy Policy for details about what we store and why.
- You agree not to upload sensitive personal health information or other special categories of data.
- By creating an account, you agree that we may email you troop-related updates, product news, and service announcements as part of our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in those messages or by contacting us.

5) Warranty & Liability
- The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Culture, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6) Changes
- We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

- Account information (name, email, optional backup email/phone/title/LinkedIn).
- Troop membership and roles.
- Scoutbook-derived advancement data you choose to import.

What we do NOT collect:
- Payment information (unless separately disclosed for subscription).
- Sensitive health information.

How we use data:
- To operate Advancement Trail, provide features, and support your troop.
- To improve reliability, security, and user experience.

Retention:
- We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal/operational purposes.

Sharing:
- We do not sell personal information.
- We may share data with service providers under contract (e.g., hosting, email).

Security:
- We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

Children:
- Advancement Trail is an adult-managed tool. Accounts are for adult leaders/parents.

Your Choices:
- You can update or request deletion of your account by contacting support@noculture.org.
